Friendly, clean hotel in a good location for Toledo city.

Pros: Reception staff polite and helpful. Room was beautifully prepared. Breakfast buffet selection was plentiful and fresh. Ample parking around hotel .

Cons: The fact the weather disrupted our visit to Toledo, however we will just have to return!

Good Location if you are travelling by car, the breakfast could be better.

Pros: The location is ok because is what we wanted, something far from the center but this can be a problem if you dont have a car. A bit old sckool style Hotel but not bad, is ok if you are travelling with family too.

Cons: The bedroom are ok, not really twenty centuty style but ok, the mattress and pillow not so comfortable. The food at the breakfast wasnt so good for me, but they have gluten-free product and this is really welcome!

Comfortable stay for an overnight stop in Toledo

Pros: Easily accessible location with large carpark near highways and not so far from Toledo center (if you have a car). We enjoyed the comfort of this 4-star hotel with a spacious room and bathroom and a view of the Toledo skyline.

Cons: Price for breakfast was disproportionate so we didn't take it.

Modern hotel outside of town center with facilities. Comfortable for our needs.

Pros: Nice sized room with a view of Toledo. Breakfast had a good selection and goes on till late. We also had dinner in the hote one night and the food was very good.

Cons: Swimming pool was closed (not surprising for the time of year) but was very dirty. Even though its closed it would be nice to look at clean. Chair on the terrace would have been nice.

Pros: Nothing, horrible customer service experience even if i had an active paid reservation they kicked me out of the hotel next day sending me to stay somewhere else.

Cons: When I arrived i had 2 bookings . For the first night it wad ok but they yold me my second booking kn next 2 nights are not confirmed.and is cancelled and they send me to another hotel 35 min away to stay. Even though i had an active and paid reservation , i called booking .com customer service is saying that hotrl cannot do this and they cannot cancel my reservation, but everytime i go to reception they tell me the same thing, to check out after the first night and go to another hotel. So the hotel itself made another resrvation gor me at another hotel!!! Even though my reservation through booking is still active and cannot be cancelled and its paid !! The front office staff not the front office manager sort this issie, telling me thry informd a week before my stay, but booking.com does not have any idea about this and the hotel staff has showed me absolutely no proof that they send any emails not to me nor to booking.com about my reservation having an issue !!!

Pros: Nice breakfast, all can you eat. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers polite and helpful. Fresh towels provided and changed regularly.

Cons: The rudest staff I have ever met in my life. Do not go there if you care about your nerves. Whatever you ask, the receptionists on duty firstly they won't help you, second, they will speak to you in an irritating, rude and arrogant manner, as though they are doing a favour to you. It looks like they feel bothered when guests seek help and ask for a service they paid for. They even refused to book me a taxi. I went there for a festival, and even the event organisers and the artists invited and staying there were treated like dirt by the staff of the venue, especially the ones working at the reception and at the canteen. The only ones who were nice to us were the cleaners. They expect people to book the spa over the phone. You cannot show up without calling first. Spa and dining room prices outrageously expensive.

Pros: Well it does look good, but a lot of cons

Cons: First of all I will talk about the acoustics, first night we got a neighbor that had tv on till 2 am and we clearly listened what he was watching. Second night, we got neighbors that were practicing sex so loud that we couldnt sleep, the bed was breaking and noise too loud, and it was all night long, and even in the morning, it just stopped because the fire alarm was on! Is this an hotel of 4 stars or a bordel? We could also listening clearly someone taking shower like it was in our room. The constant noise in the halls, the fire alarm ringing all morning. Honestly I think if I shouldnt ask for refund
