Pros: Great location just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Small but well appointed rooms, very comfy beds and friendly staff.

Cons: Often had to wait ages for a lift and spiral staircase maybe a problem for some.

Pros: The people manning the lobby were very nice.

Cons: Room WAY too small. Not as described. Carpet in room filthy. Shower way too small. 32 euro for two for a terrible buffet was the cherry on the top. Dissatisfied with how much we paid for this below average property. Will not go back to Elsa!!!!!!

Pros: Very, very, very close to The Arch of Triumph. It takes just 2 mins to walk, and you can see it from the window. The hotel provided shared umbrellas during our stay, which were both stylish and functional, and could even make for great photo props.

Cons: It was renovated from the pre-war building, so the elevator is tiny and can only occupy a maximum of four people without luggage; imagine if you have a big suitcase, you have to wait for several turns. During my stay, someone was shouting and screaming at midnight in this hotel. I can't tell whether he's in the room or in the corridor, but the sound insulation of the room is definitely a minus.

Human relations and high quality...

Pros: The hotel is located in an amazing area, even though it is close to one of the major attractions in Paris (Arc du Triomphe), the hotel is placed in a nice quiet corner around restaurants, boulangeries and little markets. The room was very curated, newly renovated, clean and it had everything needed. I particularly appreciated that everything from the minibar was included in the price, the presence of the kettle boiler and different teas, coffees and cookies. I also particularly appreciate a well-done bed, and this was one of them! Amazing view and great quality of products (they use Rituals products). A honorable mention goes to the female front desk manager! I stayed at the hotel 1 night, checked out the next morning and left my luggage there. However, during the course of they day I came back to the hotel to relax in the lobby during the time between the appointments I had (the lobby offers free teas and coffees). The multilingual front desk manager welcomed me, was extremely professional and we had a very convivial chat throughout the day. I do not take this level of humanity, hospitality and relation for granted: bravo and thank you for the professionalism! This makes the difference, I will definitely come back.

Pros: Location was amazing, the decor was fantastic so chic! The bakery across the street we had so many pan au choc! The hot choc from the reception yum!

Cons: Proper tea cups in the room, rather than paper ones but no biggie, our room was amazing the view was incredible! Thank you so much!

Pros: Absolutely amazing. Boutique hotel with a real Parisian feel, great views of the Arc de Triomphe, friendly staff, great breakfast, so many perks. Would 100% recommend.

Pros: Loved the location, staff, facilities, standard of the room, it was beautifully decorated, so cosy, loved coming back to hotel, so relaxing and comfortable We will 100% book this hotel next time we come to Paris. If there were 6 Stars, I'd award to this hotel.

Pros: Really nice and good value for money, close to everything, we walked a lot around Paris and it’s a good base to stay! The view from the window of the Arc de Triomphe was beautiful, I do recommend!
