Perfect stay, perfect location.

Pros: The hotel is really nice, our room had a view of the canal which we loved. The location was perfect since it was 3 minutes walking from rialto bridge and the vaporeto stops, and 5 minutes from San Marco. You can find around many restaurants and whatever you want. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The room size was perfect, and it was 100% clean, plus the cleaning service of the hotel was the best, since we had the room clean every day, and provided with fresh towels, shoaps and whatever was needed. We should definately stay there if we visit Venice again/

Cons: The hotel was perfect, the only con was that there was no elevator (which is really common in Venice due to the age of the city).

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms.

Cons: If you catch the water bus form the airport get off Bus A at the first stop or bus B at the second and walk 15mins to the property instead of sitting on it for another hour and walking 7 mins from the other side of the island and try to leave as many bags as you can in storage at the airport as there are lots of stairs in Venice. Enjoy!
