Cons: A room of 40 square meters is not located in the hotel building, as is the case with smaller rooms, but about 100 meters up the street. Our room was worn out, with old furniture, old chairs and very noisy air-conditioning. Apart from this everything else was just ok.

Cons: - rooms were not cleaned properly - water in the pool was very warm (above) body temperature - bartender "PEPE" was the most unfriendly worker ive ever seen in a hotel - all inclusive cocktails were finished products from the tetra pack - all inclusive does NOT include WATER - buffet was terrible, full of frozen meals and risk of food poisoning is given - The location of the hotel is terrible and beach is dirty - extra payment needed for safe - very bad shows at the evening. Bingo sessions on Saturday evening. Feels more like a retirement home than a hotel

Cons: Gym is not on site. Food was at times a little bland and no indication that there are blue and gold all inclusive wrist bands (which give different options), would have chosen gold if we had known

Pros: Its really close to the beach, great facilities around the hotel and the room is clean and of a good size for a couple. The spa is actually quite good.

Cons: Not being part of the main building. you have to cross the street to access the hotel for breakfast. The gym is not at the hotel, is more down the road in a sister hotel.

Enjoyed a lovely family holiday in this hotel, perfect for a quiet holiday by the beach.

Pros: Convenience and close to a lovely beach, quiet promenade and nature park. Food selection was incredible and staff worked so hard to keep the buffets well stocked up. Bed very comfortable, lovely street view from bedroom balcony and quiet classy area. Very clean also. Very warm welcoming reception on arrival

Cons: A slightly later breakfast time would be nice and a slightly later dinner time.

Pros: Room was spacious and nice, comfy beds and great view over the pools and ocean. Pools are lovely and lots of space on sun loungers. We didn't do all inclusive but the included breakfast was good, huge range of food. Great location near beach and not too far from the central area with a few shops and restaurants close by.

Pros: The placement was perfect. 2 mins walk from the beach and the seafront. The spa is accessible and not over crowded. The big swimming pool appears to be heated. There was an obvious effort for vegan and vegetarian options at meal time

Cons: I am unsure when the hotel got it's 4 star rating. Although removated, the rooms are quite small. We travelled with a baby and required a cot. Once the cot placed next to my bed, I had no space to get out of it. The cot fitted perfectly between the bed and the window. Although the food was plenty, of then labels were missed. There were clear allergy identification for food, but no way to identify meat type.

Pros: Swimming pools, especially the big one. Sauna is included if you book all incl. SPA, animation - really good. Entertainment is every night) Friendly staff but inattentive. There is a vegetarian/vegan corner. Good fruits and vegetables choice.

Cons: Food is average. Not Spanish at all. Too much fast food, over fried meat, everything was oversalted, but you still can find smth to eat tasty if your stay is short. We booked all incl, which is only partly all incl (food, soft drinks, limited alcohol choice). They have gold all incl. So there are 3 prices in menu: half board, all incl and gold. Anyway, for good alcohol drinks and cocktails, you'll have to pay. I celebrated my birthday there, and the staff ignored it))) There is no hotel beach, only public one (small).

Nice stay

Pros: The hotel is located by a small beach, which is beautiful and clean, wonderful water. The beach and the sea were really a big plus of the stay for us. All-inclusive is good enough, e.g.: the soy steamed vegetables with vegetables were surprisingly very tasty. The duck was great too. Furthermore, the sweet desserts in glasses were surprisingly well-balanced in taste. It is not a problem to order a bottle of wine for the table for dinner as part of the all-inclusive. I liked, for example, the non-alcoholic beer from the bottle at the bar (blue label, beer from Barcelona). Classic - chocolate donuts were great. Being able to assemble your own burger was great too. The coleslaw salad had quite a bit of mayonnaise, but I still liked it with a fresh baguette... The coffee is relatively good for me, I recommend using a coffee bean with a stronger taste. There was no shortage of fruit. Animation for adults at a good to professional level, different external groups of performers perform every night. For children, the animation is lousy. The air conditioning in the room has 3 speed modes. The slowest mode is quiet enough for sleeping. The view from the rooms towards the sea is wonderful. Animations for adults are until about 10 p.m., until 11 p.m. there is still music from the loudspeakers following the theme of the program (quieter than the performance). At exactly 11 p.m. everything shuts down...

Cons: The rooms lack the so-called "cherry on the cake". details already need corrections. E.g. the silicones in the bathroom in the shower area are worn out, they must be checked by an operating technician, e.g. the functionality of the water taps. Double beds are composed of two beds. Smoking is allowed in the hotel on the balconies of the rooms. We were not appealed to or attracted by the outdoor hotel grounds. Probably thanks to the "green spars" on the pavement. I recommend replacing the artificial grass in the paving joints with a light grout. Take good care of air conditioning filters, it is very important for guests to have good quality air in the room. I would give the air conditioning 4 points out of 5. Let the cleaning service occasionally wipe the slats of the air conditioning on the ceiling. Some families are noisy in the dining room, which can disturb someone when the space is packed with tables. The dining room is like a beehive.

Cons: -Very family-oriented hotel -Purpose of trip was to prepare for a half Iron Man (hotel was recommended for triathlon preparation), but breakfast only started at 8AM and daily shows continued until 11PM

Very nice stay with good location and good hotel facilities.

Pros: Good room, excellent breakfast, some of the staff at the reception is very helpful, clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Cleaning personal is very nice.

Cons: Water is the pool was very warm for summer time, would be better with cooler water. Changing the pool towels requires additional payment.

Pros: Good spa with many massage streams, a lot of sunbeds near the pool (but not all of them with umbrellas), tasty food, clean rooms, most of the staff are nice.

Cons: All apartments are in a separate building on the other side of the street, about 500 m from the main hotel. So you do not feel as a part of the hotel. Beds are not comfortable, all doors in the apartment are closing very noisy, air conditioners work noisily also, you can't leave them on at night. The food is tasty, but if you stand for a longer time - there is a lack of variety. One older woman of restaurant staff was always angry, unpleasant and rude. The hotel is quite old, something in the room, spa or toilets is always broken or simply not working.
