    Pros: What I got was different from pictures line but facility is pretty decent and cosy. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. I love the location and proximity to almost everything one needs

    Pros: Location and distance from Eiffel Tower
    Cons: Breakfast not included in the price, I had to pay more, partner was pregnant and there were no Lifts and stairs were steep, after telling them they still put us on the 4th Floor. One of the curtain tie was broken in the room.

    Pros: Lovely friendly knowledgeable multi lingual staff. Good location. Clean.
    Cons: Room a little cramped. Decor a bit strange and peeling. No English TV stations. No kettle for tea and coffee. Steep stairs to access rooms.

    A nice hotel

    Pros: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The place's cleanliness was commendable, making my experience all the more pleasant. The location was excellent, being close to major tourist attractions and the subway/RER C, which made getting around the city convenient.
    Cons: A significant downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms, which created some serious noise issues. Getting a good night's sleep was quite challenging due to the noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway. As a suggestion, it would be beneficial for the night attendant to kindly remind late-night arriving or departing groups of tourists to maintain a quieter atmosphere in the common areas, especially after midnight.

    Pros: Nothing, except close to rue cler
    Cons: 67 narrow spiral stairs! Dirty look with old laundry and bags of garbage in entrance. No complimentary coffee! No services. No customer service. Rude staff, $560 for 2 nights in dark small room NO AMENITIES. No compensation for overcharging. The breakfast room was a small alcove with limited choices, I didnt even think of spending 14+ euros for limited breakfast Went to rue Cler for 12 euros with full meal this hotel was worse than some hostels, zero customer service Do not stay there,
