    Pros: This hotel was amazing from check in to check out, the view of the Matterhorn/Zermatt from our room was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. All walking distance from the train station and city centre. Also the hotel restaurant was some of the best food we have ever tried.

    Love Zermatt, location of the hotel is great, we just expected more for the price and being 4 star.

    Pros: Very nice room, Cleaning excellent, Great location and close to Gornergrat bahn. Great to have ski rental in-house. Very friendly staff.
    Cons: Breakfast bit to plain for a 4 star hotel. Would love to see offer on bigger coffees. ( Like a pot of coffee), Bread selection quite bad, mostly only white soft bread with no fibers. Boiled egg too long cooked. Sauna too small, one additional would be better for a 4 star. Otherwise good. No refill on coffee pods in the room was a disappointment. Especially when you stay a whole week. We had to pay for additional pods There was a very unpleasant smell passing the Reception in the Evening. Every evening. I think there was some kind of Gas smell. We ordered Syntetic pillows and duvets for all. This was not provided.

    Pros: Right across from the main train station and a few mins walk from train that takes u up the mountain. Close to town. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our room.
    Cons: Would have loved an outdoor hot tub.

    Pros: Good location, nice facilities, welcoming staff, awesome room service & super clean
    Cons: Two things that come to mind are the temperature in the room was way too hot and the pillows were just a tad way too soft for our liking. Other than that its an awesome joint.
