Pros: The only hotel in Venice (less than 70EUR), which take "officially" guests begin at 12AM (=if you dislike present accommodation with check-out time 10.-11.AM). After "african-owned" accommodations you rejoice about quite natural little things. You just take a call - and staff WILL ANSWER (no need to Vibers/Whatsapps: SMS-communications)! A cozy green district of 3-storey residential buildings. On the floor tiled stone, spacious room. Openings the wardrobe door - and voilaa: 7 hangers! Although it was a "hotel room", there were refrigerators (not just a "cool closet"). 50m from the tram nr.2 stop (3 stops before hypermarket, where locals buy clothes: "Denim"-brand jeans 10EUR). I was ONLY GUEST in such "paradise"! Maybe the fault is "price-politics": 65EUR/ night +"non-european" owners does not "invite to experiment"? My advice: cut off the superfluous dozen euros!

Cons: I ordered room with double bed. Receptionist gave me single bed instead, what surprised me a lot expecially when I paid for double. After I went there to request what I paid for, we had some short discussion that double bed was depending the availability..., after this he came to mind and gave me double bed room. In booking.com, I clearly stated I wish double bed, which was stated really upon availability, but still, they had to give me separated beds but not single only as he tried. I was also noticed by him, to use only 1 set of towels. Hot shower was not working, but after I mentioned it, they fixed it, however heater is directly in the shower, therefore not sure if this is exactly safe. Stream of the water need to be fixed aswell. Communication has to be over this app, because reception is not working 24x7. Room was extremely perfumed like in oriental bazaar. Simply this hotel is not european standard, what I had to have in mind by booking hotel of this name.

Pros: The parking was great as theres free parking right outside the hotel The location is brilliant as thd public transport is minutes walk away and very regular

Cons: Sadly the room had been sprayed with an immense amount of cheap perfume on the curtains . It was soo bad when we were shown the room we had to open all windows and in the evening we put the curtains out of the windows. There is a huge amount of noise from the ceiling fans in the rooms and other rooms eighth eco and furtger the air conditioning are very noisy as they are old this coupled with really badly noisy fan extractor in the bathroom . Sadly this really affected our sleep
