    Room with a view in a quaint town

    Pros: The location was convenient to the old town. Breakfast is excellent and the beds are comfortable..the hotel is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed my room with a view of the castle. If you are not an American you would be most welcomed as a guest.
    Cons: This was my second stay and I did not feel welcome as an American . However, The staff was cordial when I had a question but strictly business. Sadly, I will not be back

    Pros: Room and bathroom were super clean and is was quite. Like the little kit they provided which included nail clippers, scissors, tweezers and a lovely emergency sowing kit. It was a nice touch and I ended up using it quite a bit on the trip, so came in really handy.
    Cons: Parking is terrible if you have to use the ramps. No room to get out of your car unless you take up two bays or are extremely thin and can squeeze between your car and the silly pillars that are in the way. The staff were aware of the parking issue but said they were happy that they had the additional parking even though it was tight. I get it..... But not fun to park there.

    Great stay!

    Pros: The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and on the first day (we arrived in the evening) we also ate dinner in the Raffaelo restaurant in the hotel, which was also great. The hotel is a short stroll from the center of the town.

    overnight stay on way to skiing holiday. Would like to have stayed longer and explored the town, which looked very nice

    Nice stay in Esslingen

    Pros: Clean, big room. Lots of windows. Good breakfast. Great location in easy walking distance of the Esslingen old town and to public transit to Stuttgart and the Stuttgart airport as well. Would recommend.
    Cons: Not a huge deal, but we did a late check-in and found it a little confusing how to get in because while there are many signs telling you to go in through the restaurant entrance, that entrance is somewhat easy to miss the first time (despite being right next to the hotel one!).

    Love the car garage!

    Pros: Great location - 10 minute walk into city center to enjoy the Christmas markets. Room was comfortable, except the small pillows! Breakfast was a nice spread with plenty of choices! But the best part of our stay was parking in their garage with the car elevators!!
    Cons: Need to put larger pillows on the beds or at least 2 of the ones that were available!
