Pros: The toilet was very nice, with spanish bath. You have a mini bar in the room too.

Cons: The balcn didn't have lightd and there was spiders. The price was hight and didn't include breakfast. They offer breakfast but guest have to pay 14 euros extra for person. Bad deal in comparisson with other hotels for these price. In addition, they charge extra money for parking for guest...This is unacceptable. I explained in reception that I didn't see this information about extra cost of parking and the persisted to charge that.

Dog-friendly, nicely renovated hotel with something for everyone

Pros: We came with our dog and felt very welcome both from staff and guests. This is very rare for a hotel! The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit and many options for all palates. The salad buffet in the evening was varied and well-stocked too. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. The gym was well-equipped and clean, The staff was friendly and always helpful.

Cons: Make sure you arrive early, the parking fills up quite fast and although there are three small lots around the building, they're mostly made for small cars. Electrical charging stations required a local provider card, so we could not use it, but we have a hybrid so that was okay. The town is known for its "walking beer tour" so Saturday night was very noisy, with drunken guests speaking extremely loudly in the corridors from 1 to 4 am.

Cons: accessibility to the property could be improved. I was visiting my brother who has a wheelchair and had issues getting to the restaurant.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing to block out the light from the windows or provide privacy at night - only light transparent curtains. Also the signs to various places (reception, gym, spa centre) were confusing. And finally, a part of the reason I booked here is there is a spa centre and it said there was some kind of hot bath there. I thought that meant a spa bath (what they seem to call a 'hot tub'). There is no spa (hot tub) in the spa centre! Only saunas.

Pros: our dogs were welcome the beds were great nice room very nice atmosphere in the restaurant good staff

Cons: unfortuntaly the alarm of the car that was parked right under our window went of 3 times. very lioud, so we didnt sleep so well
