Excellent location with okay maintenance

Pros: Location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the attractions, railway station, Tram stop for Airport transfer, resturants etc. Good heating system into place. Luggage storage.

Cons: The maintenance of the place was not good. The bedside charging points were broken. The bedsheet looks/feels like not cleaned/changed in a while. We were only there for sleeping, so the issues were not that big for us. But if somebody wants to stay indoor then it might become a problem.

great location for a walking stay, great garden area for early mornings or evening chill outs.

Pros: I walk everywhere and the Location was super convenient to Train station and the Duomo and galleries and river etc. I stayed just two nights as it was not my first trip to Firenze.

Cons: not much, the garden is super good, coffee and juice in the morning, my female dorm was comfortable. The bunks are a wee bit small for a tall or large person. Some staff more friendly than others, but on the engole a good place for a quick visit to a beautiful very touristy city.

Cons: Wi-Fi signal is too weak and difficult to connect. The room has high humidity. A board is placed above the sink to hold items, its so easy to sprays water out when you brushing teeth.

Pros: A short walk to the main train station. Not too far from the main part of sights in city center. Rooms are pretty ok. Ensuite bathroom is clean. Staff is friendly.

Cons: Sadly there's no cooking facilities. Not their fault but just if they had it it will be even better

Pros: Lovely communal outdoor space. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Conveniently located close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and kind.

Cons: No privacy blinds make sure to bring ear plugs and eye mask. People were loud therefore didnt get a very good sleep.

Pros: Very authentic hostel, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and you get free tea/coffee!

Cons: The plug socket by my bed didnt work, nor did a couple of the others but thats easily sorted and wouldnt stop my coming back again!
