    Overall good value for short term visitors,good location and safe and clean Hostal.

    Pros: Very good location ,helpful staff.
    Cons: Because the walls are very thin, sounds from adjacent rooms and the floor above can be heard. At least a bottle of water can be placed just in case. There was a bad smell coming from the toilet.

    Ideal for anyone wanting to spend one or two nights in central Madrid.

    Pros: Great location, very helpful staff with good English. Recently refurbished room and bathroom, both very clean.
    Cons: The room had no heating and you could hear the neighbours' activities. (Insulation?)

    Budget facility in center of Madrid

    Pros: Location is great, everything else could be better. Be prepare for late breakfast.
    Cons: Facility should be cleaner. Window could not be open in the room whole time. Room was extra small. Room with 4 beds of 2 person. Bathroom was extra small. As listed - just 2 stars. Be prepare for that.
