    Highly recommendable.

    Pros: The reception and housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel is beautiful. I love my room. Only a short walk to the historical area and seafront. I walked from the bus terminal (intercambiador) to take buses to visit the nearby towns ..... Candelaria, Puerto de la Cruz and San Cristobal La Laguna on each different day and return to this hotel at late afternoon.

    Pros: Really helpful and nice guy working at the reception. Perfect location, clean room, good bed. Reception is opened 24/7. Vending machines at the reception.
    Cons: Would recommend for a short term stay. A bit noisy. A bathroom is not easy to use for elder people or someone with special needs

    Low cost basic stay in the center

    Pros: The location is amazing, right in the center. Within a 2 minute walk youre on the buzzing streets of Santa Cruz. We were a family of 5 adults and wanted a simple place for one night before heading to Anaga. Our expectations were low, just needed a place to sleep. When I booked this hotel I knew it wasnt going to be luxury. We had the family room which is a private hostel room with bunk beds and private bathroom.
    Cons: The level of cleanliness has to improve. The carpet on the stairs and corridors were run down and dirty, it gives you a bad impression before you go your room. The bathroom could also use a good scrub but at least the sheets and towels were spotless and soft. Being an old building right in the center, its obvious that they might have a cockroach problem which is normal on the island (I live here). We were hit with the strong smell of the insect repellent spray in the corridor and in our room but on the bright side we didnt see any roaches

    Pros: Spotless clean towels and comfy bed and pillows
    Cons: Somebody on the same floor ignored the ban on smoking and smoked in the room in the middle of the night. It is not hotels fault but it did make my stay worse.
