    Bare bones budget hotel

    Pros: The room met our needs.
    Cons: Absolutely no help from the staff. Can I get a towel for the pool? no. Can you heat the hot tub? no. Do you know where I can find a fork for the food that was delivered without silverware? no. One hot tub was green and slimy, the other was cold. Sauna was barely warm.

    Pros: The location was the only thing to like about this location.
    Cons: The staff, the smell of food permeating the hotel to include our room, the broken heater in our room, the stain on our bedspread and box spring and how dark it was in the hallways. There wasn't anything to really like about it in general.

    It was terrible. We will...

    Pros: The location was the only thing that was good about this hotel.
    Cons: The staff seemed like they did not want to help us, the whole place reaked of food - even the room, there was a stain on our bedspread and something on the side of the springbox the mattress sat on, the heater did not work and we walked into a room that felt just as cold as the outside temperatures. When we realized a breaker was flipped, we fixed it, but the heater still had a very difficult time keeping up, so the room fluxuated between freezing and hot. Neither of us slept well and the smell of old salsa made me sick that morning as I was trying to get ready to leave. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this place warranted it.

    Horrible.

    Pros: Great in a pinch when we got stuck during a storm.
    Cons: Beds uncomfortable. Price for value was low. It felt like we were staying in a 2 star hotel for a 5 star price. Restaurant was not open, had to walk to Starbucks and ended up breaking my ankle.

    Cons: The hotel had no hot water, the front desk could not provide us a working room key, hotel smelled like mildew, and the sheets were dirty, heater didnt work

    Worth looking into

    Pros: The location was good with easy access to get to the ski resorts. The price was reasonable and the room comfortable and clean. There are ramps which make it easier to get the luggage carts to the room.
    Cons: The pool was very cold and one of the hot tubs was not working. The mirror in the room was cracked.

    Pros: Location was great - very close to downtown Frisco. No issues with the room.
    Cons: Didn't know the hotel offered breakfast, so not sure where the restaurant or cafe was located. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the pool and hot tub smelled a bit funny.

    Pros: Wide hallways. Lots of good pillows. Good heat.
    Cons: All the fixtures were loose, we were afraid to use faucet, lights, drawers in case they broke. The hairdryer didnt work and the plug had been split open. The website says they offer room service, but they do not.
