Pros: When I went down to the front desk and asked for a change in room the girl was most helpful. The coffee in lobby was very good.
Cons: It seems I always get a room next to an ice machine or an elevator.I'm a lite sleeper and that doesn't work. The coffee machine didn't work in the room. Had to go around the block a couple of times because the parking garage was full.

Pros: The location.
Cons: They gave us a room that was designed for wheelchair use which I am not. There was only 1 night table for two people and no room to walk on one side of the bed. The hanging clothes were on the floor because the closet rods were at waist height.

Pros: Location was great. Had the king room with water view. Great except the left window needs to be replaced...fogged up between the double glass. But still a great room. Air conditioner was loud and did not operate well, but only needed it briefly.
Cons: The left window was fogged up and impacted our view. They need to replace it.

Pros: The hotel is a holiday inn thru and thru and also was only a two blocks away from any main sightseeing points and good eating spots. The parking discount for staying for long stays is nice too.
Cons: The hotel is on a hill and also the elevator no matter what floor you travel to will always stop at the lobby no matter what.

Pros: The location was nice and the staff was very helpful. I was glad that the hotel shuttle was able to pick me up from the airport. The shuttle was also available to drive us to most tourist spots which was very helpful.
Cons: The room was outdated and felt like a less expensive hotel. The refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplug it to sleep.
