    Pros: Clean, very helpful staff
    Cons: NO coffee pots in room. NO coffee available other than at breakfast. No option of hot tea or other hot drink at any time. They could at least have a coffee pot available upon request. Breakfast was grab and go food. Management cheating out.

    Cons: Water in the shower Never got hot. Too many construction guys that got mud all over everything. Train goes by at 5 AM

    Will not stay there again, or recommend to anyone

    Pros: Did not eat breakfast there, the room was so dirty did not trust eating there. Was there for MSU football game & the location was great.
    Cons: Clean, clean , clean. Bottom of the toilet was awful. Shower curtain had something nasty on it. Carpet was nasty. No elevator. Had to drag luggage up the stairs. We are elderly.

    If you are looking for dirty rooms and marijuana this is the hotel for you

    Pros: Unclean. Some spit their toothpaste on the bathroom mirror (large areas about 1x2 feet, took 9 keys made before one worked. Staff knew they had key issues was told the owner knows but no action taken

    Pros: Very good bed, nice location, very clean.
    Cons: Coffee, juice, yogert, bananas, apples, one choice of pastry, nutritional bars, were available. No cereral, or milk, toast, or baggels. Not even napkins.

    Pros: Was clean and comfy and great location
    Cons: The day of check out I got a call from the cleaning lady asking about the blood on the bed. I told her I unexpectedly started my cycle and she responded loudly that much blood from a period ? And said with attitude You need to get yourself checked
