    Pros: They daytime front desk staff was so friendly even tho she told me wrong room number and I went up back down and up again, we had a laugh about it. Also night manager (so upset I forgot her name) she was amazing and cared about her guest. Will stay again
    Cons: There was a homeless person asking guest for money and cigarettes however night manager told him to leave the property as she said the safety and comfort of guest was her priorty

    Not worth the money

    Pros: Nothing much good to say. Was within walking distance to a couple places to eat.
    Cons: Not very clean. Front desk not very friendly or helpful. TV remote wouldn't work. Went to the front desk, several other guests were there about their remotes not working. Front desk said "you have to move the furniture from in front of the box on the wall and point the remote at it to reset it."

    Pros: The evening staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good
    Cons: There were a few things wrong in our room and when I brought it to the front desk person as we were checking out, she was incredibly rude and treated me as if I was too dumb to understand The sink wouldn’t drain. The phone wasn’t working. We couldn’t change the channel on the TV

    It was horrid and I...

    Pros: Location was convenient-ish to our plans.
    Cons: They had employees that did not know what they were doing and she canceled our booking and instead of just leaving it alone. She kept charging my card to the point where my bank put a fraud alert on it. I was charged twice and then instead of making it right because the worker Jasmine stated it was her fault and she didn’t know what to do, the manager blamed us and said we should have made the booking through a third party because she can’t do anything about the charges. I was truly floored. There was mold in the bathtub and we have young children. The manager did come clean it with bleach but there was not follow up or better accommodations. The breakfast was very lack luster and wasn’t enough for all the guests and especially for the amount paid to stay there.

    Pros: Location
    Cons: Hallways were muggy and hot 1st floor had a horrible foul odor that they sprayed and middle of the night just came right back. 3rd floor wasn’t bad however beds were hard as a rock and carpets were filthy. Breakfast was okay
