Pros: Location to midtown, grab n go croissant and orange juice, helpful staff and rooms were well designed for space. Main lobby was always clean and staffed at main desk.

Cons: You have to call for cleaning staff which is probably standard for nyc. Trying to unload/load luggage on narrow one way street was crazy.

Pros: Staff was helpful, friendly. The guy who checked me in gave me a room on the lower floors bc the elevators were running slow-very helpful! There are over 20 floors The location was very good, no view but you didn't have too walk too far for the sights.

Cons: There was a leak in the room after the shower ran. There was black flying bugs in the bathroom and around where the leak came into the bedroom area. They said it was a known problem bc if there was water outside the shower. But the bathroom floor was dry

Pros: Clean room and amazing location in the center of Manhattan

Cons: Only two elevators operating through 22 floors, one of them was not working most of the time throughout 4 day stay. Meaning during rush hours (breakfast and check out) you might wait for more than 10-15min for the elevator. It is not a big issue if you live not higher than the 7th floor and are able to walk up and down, but could be irritating for others.

Pros: The location is very good, you can walk to times square and empire state

Cons: They charged us because we wanted to keep our luggages for 3 hours more after check out to explore area before our flight. The price of the hotel is already too high and they charge even more just to keep our bagpacks in their storage thats insane. They have coffee but it is always very cold, poor breakfast and ends so early
