Pros: It was very clean and we stayed in for ball tournament and we had a 4 hours break when checkout was at 11 they accommodated till 1 . After our first game . Great customer service.

Pros: Room with jetted tub was nice and staff were helpful and pleasant but the pool was not open and we chose the hotel specifically to use the pool.

Disappointing this year after 8 years of stays.

Pros: The breakfast always had good options. They also changed some of the items from day to day which was nice to have a little bit of variety. There were plenty of things to choose from Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, eggs or pre done omelets. My only negative with food would be there pancake maker worked when it wanted to.

Cons: When we plan a trip we look at hotel amenities to decide where to stay. We have picked this same hotel for years since 2015 because it is usually so nice and worth the money you pay, plus great customer service. One of the reasons is the pool, we plan our trip to have down time swimming as one of our activities. We always book a few rooms at this hotel between all of our family for this reason. When we arrived we were told the health department had shut down the pool and would not be back for a couple months. We were not informed of this prior to our arrival so we could find another place. They said we could not swim during the day but at 7 pm they would take down the health department signs and let people swim as late as they wanted. This did indeed was the case, at 7 the sign on the inside door would come down and people would swim. Then getting to our room we realized the handle to our room was broken and you had to shut it the right way or it would hang down and someone could push it open. We did not want to move we were tired from travel so we decided we could live with it. Looking around the room there were thing all around the room that had issues. The smell of the room was awful musty smelling, they had Airwick' plugged in. The tv stand dresser top drawer was broken, the bathroom door would not latch so you could not lock it at all for privacy I recorded a video of trying to get it latched. Went to take a shower and looked up and there is a square piece of dry wall just screwed up there, a patch job not completed. I had no attention of leaving a negative review due to I prefer to talk directly with management so they can fix it for next time, but upon contacting them they did not take our concerns seriously. We contacted booking when we could not get ahold of someone there, the representative said they should refund our money and emailed them to contact us and we have not heard anything.

Was a great stay and very comfortable

Pros: For the price was not expecting such a great place! The breakfast and coffee were great! Loved the fact that they had actual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and body lotion.
