    Beautiful hotel in need of a little TLC

    Pros: The designer for this hotel did an incredible job. You walk in and feel like you're walking into a very sophisticated hotel. The staff were wonderful from the front desk, but most especially the cleaning staff. Our room was beautiful, and we weren't expecting a jacuzzi, so that was a great surprise! :) We had a 2 bedroom suite, and the layout of it was attractive but also logical.
    Cons: Overall, our stay was wonderful, however, there are a few things I think need improvements. At first glance, the hotel appears beautiful, but it's the small details that need some attention. In our room we noticed a smoke alarm that wasn't properly attached, a light fixture that was hanging from the thread and when my husband tried to adjust the heater, the whole heater casing fell onto his foot. Clearly, it was not attached properly. Our only other complaint was that the restaurant was horrible! We had very basic breakfast, and it seemed like it was just reheated food. The booth we sat in also had most of the upholstery torn off and did not leave a good impression.
