Originally named CrestHill by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn started in the 1980s. However, due to the downtime in the real estate industry, only four out of the initial 25 proposed hotels materialized. Hilton Garden Inn in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Valencia, California and Southfield, Michigan are part of the initial batch of hotels under the Hilton Garden Inn brand. The fourth one is already under the Four Points hotel brand. Created for the mid-priced market, CrestHill by Hilton became Hilton Garden Inn in 1996 and managed to add more than 700 hotels under the brand since the rebranding. By 2012, the brand managed to enter the international scene after establishing Hilton Garden Inn Leiden in the Netherlands. Just like the hotel brands in the United States, the branch in Leiden carried all the brand signature features from the Americas.

    Cons: I don't know.... maybe hand out a menu when the guest checks in. If guest knew what to expect from the kitchen, they would plan their meals accordingly. That's all. We enjoyed our stay.

    Visited to view the eclipse but will be back next year to see everything else while I stay at Shutte

    Pros: Quiet, clean, mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
    Cons: The chair in my room looked nice but was extremely uncomfortable. Proportioned all wrong, hard, and even though I am 57 my feet didnt reach the ground. Maybe it is supposed to have a matching ottoman? Also, none of the desk staff could tell how to drive to Lemoille. This could have been a FAQ given it was the weekend of the Pumpkin Festival. Easy answer is drive down Idaho St to 12th and take a left. Head out of town to Hwy 227. Spring Creek is the halfway point. An area map would be helpful at the front desk.

    Fantastic!

    Pros: Breakfast burritos were great especially before a long car ride. Front desk staff was super nice & helpful. Loved the 24 hour pool & spa.
    Cons: The name makes you think of a scary movie and the logo makes me giggle but the rooms were very clean & comfortable beds so cant complain!

    Fine except having to go use the lobby toilet.

    Pros: The bed was comfy, shower great.
    Cons: The toilet wouldnt flush and when we told the front desk one guy handed us a plunger and suggested we try that. We already knew it had to do with water flow. They went up to fix it, but when we went back to shower, it had the same problem. They gave us a different room after we said we wanted to talk with the manager.

    Absolutely recommendable!

    Pros: Very clean and modern hotel. Friendly lady at the front desk. Good location in the vicinity of the interstate!
    Cons: Breakfast was limited in terms of choices, but sufficient. Staff behind the counter at the buffet could be a little more friendly.

    Pros: They shampooed the chargers in my room and said they do this weekly!!! Food was good, nice to have a bar on sight, staff was VERY friendly.
    Cons: The door to my room was very squeaky, I felt bad for my neighbors.

    Pros: Beautiful lobby and rooms. The beds were very comfortable! The best part is that the pool/hot tub was 24hrs!!! Breakfast was perfect!!
