    Not a good stay for holiday, but its okay for work

    Pros: Have standards for 4stars hotels.
    Cons: The food wasnt in good preparation, the location was far from the center, and their services. I have a food delivery but they cant help me to deliver it to the room.

    Pros: The 2-bedroom villa is excellent choice and value for family and friends travelling together. The design is excellent with plenty of privacy.

    Harris Malang never failed us

    Nice hotel. Value for money.

    Pros: The room was large compared with the other hotel in this particular chain. The location was perfect for my need.
    Cons: There's renovation going when I was there, so it's a little noisy.

    Cons: There was no electricity in my room and I told about it with staff, but nobody helped me. In my room were ants. I was sick after visiting the SPA.
