Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Loved it. And loved the cookies at check in.

Cons: Only chair on the room was a desk chair. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging things. Heater said it could be controlled by a thermostat on the wall, but there was no thermostat!

Pros: The location is convenient with Walmart in walking distance. Staff (especially Nick) in front desk is so welcoming to me as first time guest. He also remembers the guests who stayed before, very friendly environment.

Cons: The breakfast can be improved a little with offer more meat (sausage or ham)

Pros: The staff was exceptional. We had everything we needed. The room was well stocked and spacious.

Cons: The only thing missing was a USB charger.

Pros: Location was okay. Walking distance from several shops and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful, and the room was clean. Most of the staff we interacted with were absolutely lovely, especially the breakfast crew. Bed was rock hard at first, but we got used to it.

Cons: My husband and I lost our home in October, and were staying at this hotel temporarily while we looked for somewhere safe to live. I asked for a list of the charges we would be paying at the end of our trip, so I could carefully budget (as we were beginning to run low on funds,) and was given an itemized list that totalled at about 1,200$ I asked TWICE if this included the 4 days ahead of us, that we hadn't stayed yet, and was thoroughly assured that it included everything. On our last day, we were charged the 1200, and then several smaller transactions for 400$, until they completely wiped out our bank account, leaving us with nothing to survive on. Then we received a call from the manager, from a private number, who insisted that she was calling the police on us for non-payment. When we asked what the charges were for, and if we could get any of this in writing, for our own records, she laughed at us and refused to give us anything. We have been homeless since, and have very little hope for recovering, now that we have been taken for every penny we had left. They still continue to try to charge us chunks of a few hundred dollars at a time, even a month later, while we are living on the streets and barely surviving every day. Id say that karma should have it's way with the people in charge, but I'm not dispicable enough to wish the things they put us through on anyone else. After all this, they had the balls to ask us for a five star review.
