Pros: I called to see if i could check in early and she told me yes soo that was a PLUS!!! The staff was Amazing!! Victoria was helpful i was getting ready for my party and was in doubt she gave me the boost i needed lol. Thanks VICTORIA The Room was clean! Bathroom clean and stocked Towels stocked Bed clean Sheets/pillowcases clean Then they had tubi/netflix app I promise i didnt want to leave. The place was very quiet!!!! I slept sooooo good. I will be back for sure!!

Cons: The room was freezing all night and the temperature would not change. After a long 10 hour drive I looked forward to my stay in the Hilton to get a good night sleep in myfamily trip to Florida. I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 on Friday night and settled in with my kids. Around 4:00 a.m, I woke up to a terrible cold as the temperature was 69 degrees so I quickly increases the temperature from the wall thermostat hoping to feel comfort soon since I was very tired and needed to sleep due. When I complained to the front desk early in the morning they told me that I should have adjusted the temperature from the window A/C and I advised them of the message on the unit that clearly says to use “wall mounted thermostat”, and this, I assumed, was for a reason. I did adjust the temperature a little but it still did not change the condition in the room. In the morning, the front desk clerk confessed that a few of the rooms had problems with the A/C units. The manager offered me extra blankets to deal with the cold room, to which I declined and was shocked because this was not the answer to deal with a cold room; however, it was clearly an attempt to keep me quiet. Frozen, not only physically but mentally in disbelief because I am staying in one of the best hotel chains in the country and paying a high price to do so but yet have spent all night with this horrendous experience making my stay the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in my life. The gentleman of maintenance did come to the room shortly after he arrived in the morning. He was transparent with me and confirmed that the wall mounted thermostat was not communicating with the A/C unit and that is why the temperature remains cold. He indicated that he leaves at night time and comes back to work early in the morning but that he is the only one who knows how to operate these machines. So unfortunately, there was no one working in the hotel that could have resolved the problem for me.
