Pros: We loved the food at the hotel. Everything was delicious. The property is gorgeous! The suite was very nice too.

Cons: The prices at the gelato restaurant are high. Also, the process to get chairs at the kids pool is ridiculous.

Pros: The staff at this resort were fabulous! Very friendly and helpful. Patrick in the grill and all of the valet staff were wonderful. The facilities were beautiful outside but the 1 bedroom was very old and tired looking. The air conditioner was so loud that it woke us up everytime it came on. U

Cons: We came on a family vacation; on the first day our sons entered the slide in the heated pool and had fun, on the second day the director of the water facilities decided that our youngest son was not allowed to use the slide because he was missing a quarter of an inch (0.25"!!!) in height, which was not true (and we have a photo as proof) and it is also desirable to note that he learned to swim professionally, and we suggested to the sign on a document says that we are taking responsibility - just let him to have fun on a rainy day in his yearly vacation. When she assisted in disagreeing, we went to the manager at the reception of the hotel, and she was Antipathetic and cold like a robot insensitive and unwilling to help. We found ourselves on Saturday leaving the hotel, driving an hour and a half with four children to Daytona Beach so the children could enjoy their vacation. The room had a foul smell of mold and mildew. It was impossible to sit on the balcony because the table and chairs were sticky and dirty. The couches smelled awful. In the middle of the night, I had a cockroach on the bed. The food was not tasty, very low level and of poor quality.

Pros: I love the lobby! The facilities are always immaculate- the staff if so friendly and always on point.

Cons: I thought the food was a bit expensive for the serving portions in some restaurants. The coffee shop is an awesome addition but it’s pricey - for example- if I want to buy just tea bags they should not be 4 dollars each (no water and no cup) and a refill for the coffee shouldn’t cost as much as the original coffee. Should be allowed one refill included. We spent a fortune there. The food and beverages were just really costly and the constant tipping - but we love the property and appreciate such good choices close by!

Great escape when you need...

Pros: Location was excellent and overall facilities were good to excellent. Lobby staff was very accommodating and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. Exceptional golf course and facilities.

Cons: Guest indoor parking is limited and dirty. Staff at lobby coffee shop was not accommodative to guest of color. Limited supply of daily papers. No on-site laundry facilities for guest.

Cons: Not family friendly, son injured due to loose pavers in the pool, expose electrical wires by the pool and the list of dangerous things for a family resort could go on and on. When address with a property manager, I was given 7% refund.

Cons: Beach was closed without notice. Construction woke family up every morning at 8am from chipping hammers in the unit next door without notice.

Pros: The condo was great and we loved being close to the beach

Cons: We would have liked the website to be more clear about the cabana location, we had 3 children in our party but the website did not say that cabana 8 faces the adult only pool. Also, we were not able to reserve beach chairs for more than 4 online, we had a party of 9. We asked the time from Karen at the pool area restaurant and she replied, Do I look like a clock”.. the pool manager would not allow our diabetic friend to keep a small cooler with him at our chairs. We do understand the no cooler rule however he was very flippant about the medical issue and we felt an accommodation should have been made for medical. We wanted to change our 3 little boys clothes and were told we could not use spa area. While we understood the 16 and over rule, the person working in there was rude to us when she said that we could not stay there as she had guests coming in, we were also guests, she also didn’t tell us where we could take the boys, she just wanted us to leave. Rudeness of the staff seemed to be an ongoing problem throughout our stay.
