Pros: - Very nice location/view and free parking - Very friendly and helpful stuff - Modern/renovated bathroom and comfortable bed in quiet, spacious room - Excellent breakfast - Great value for money

Cons: - Curtains in the room where not blackout (not even close to that) - unless we missed some layer/mechanism - and there was sun in the room very early on (we stayed there in August). Other than that, the place was perfect.

Pros: We had a really fantastic time at hotel. Staff was amazing and very helpful, personal thanks to Lucas who take care of us :) Food was delicious and the facilities were relaxing, clean and made our stay very comfortable. Location was really great!, hope to come back again.

I need to come back

Pros: I absolutely loved it. This would be my preferred location for stay in the area and I would love to come back. The view from the room was superb. All hotel areas like the terrace or the pool areas were really nice to spend time at. The parking area was also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly are caring all the time. We also got passes for some cable car rides and pools in the area which was also a nice little cherry. I also liked the hiking in the area more than hiking in Meran. The LTE signal in the hotel was good enough. In another hotel in the Meran area I had no signal in the room.

Cons: The only thing that stops me from spending more time there is that the hotel prices in the whole region are a little pricey. It is not that this hotel is more expensive than the rest, it is just that the whole destination is a little bit pricey.

A superb, family run hotel in a beautiful location.

Pros: Amazing choice of food for the continental breakfast. Five course evening meal of very high quality produced by the chef and team every evening. Spotlessly clean throughout. Friendly, attentive team.

Pros: We were able to have an early checkin by 11AM. On request, we got a suite with a bath. There was ample parking space at the hotel. There was a free welcome drink which we could choose according to our choice at the bar. Surprisingly, we had a lunch buffet included in our suite price, so we didn't have to go out for lunch. Dinner had various options in the predecided menu. Breakfast was nice with many options. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would love to visit again.

Cons: Booking.com mentioned there were slippers in the room, but there we no slippers and bathroom had limited toiletries. No moisturizer or body cream was available.

Excellent hotel with everything we needed dor a delightful trip

Pros: Breakfast was top notch. The suite was generous and quiet with a wonderful view. Staff was unfailingly kind - and we were delighted by the parting gift! All in all we could not have been more delighted.

Cons: Wish the jacuzzi had been warmer!
