Cons: Didnt respond to my request for a car space or late checkout prior to our arrival - ultimately needed to pay to stay a few hours longer

Cons: even though i send them message for birthday celebration, hotel did not give anything. In the night 9:30 pm the engineer knock our door for checking AC. But i never called for ac checking or complaint. They are knocking wrong room. The lady reception said i cannot get complimentary mineral water for my lil brother, we need to pay for that. There is no courtesy call happend when you do wrong procedure? This hotel they dont have effort to make the guest happy. After knocking the door in the middle of night none from the manager or superior call us. I also working as hospitality person and i know how to handle and create good service for your customer. I'm waiting your manager to contact me at the earliest. Last but not least thats our last time visiting this hotel. I will think twice to bring my family to be back in this hotel

Pros: Staff were very polite and helpful, always smiling and acknowledging you when you pass reception. The room is very cosy and very clean.

Cons: My only criticism was the Air Conditioner was noisy.

Cons: AC from number 1110 it was straight to the head and body. And the model is without remote (it is wall-adjuster model). The water from shower had a bad smell. The breakfast menu for 9nights is almost the same (fried rice, porridge, watermelon, jams), not to much variations.

Cons: I got charge after Check out 4 hours. When I checked out all was good and no issue and I even confirmed with the reception before I kept my bagage few hours in there (we have late flight and check out was 12pm) and then when I came back to grab my bagage they charged me for stain on their pillow (I dont want to argue with them so I just paid it )also we lost jacket that we kept on the top of the bag but then the staff just ignored us and then pretended they were looking for it. It was not really good experience though

Pros: Clean and helpful staff. Close to Lippo mall

Cons: They dont do all the activities like cooking with the chef and learning to make cocktails like they used too back before Covid.
