Cons: However being smack in the middle of the town and facing a main road, the thin glass windows made it difficult for us to sleep. And there were mosquitoes in the room. We were badly bitten. My daughters skin is still suffering from the bites.

Pros: I was received by very friendly staff,. The breakfast was fantastic good and in a quired place. Bed was comfortable. Location near to Mal, Submarine, Local areas and in an acceptable distance to the airport. Pool area was acceptable

Cons: Main Topic was the noice from the traffic entering the room. So peacefull sleeping was nearly impossible. Better windows would help quite a lot. The floor and rooms were more of the vointage type. That means renovation would be expected soon. the backyard of the hotel was somehow unexpected, as it looked like a lost area.

Pros: My name is Dona, I booked hotel 2 rooms and 2 tonights as a present for my brother for his hard work. Firstly, I open the hotel and it mentioned with fully breakfast. Unfortunately I did not notice after the booking only one room had breakfast . Very disappointed. Second , one room had leaked Aircond, the staff said they will fix it, but second night it still leaked. Caused the floor wet over the night, terrible! The floor covered was pulled out. Very dangerous for kids to walk around the room. The water tab in the shower not morning properly. My brother and family checked out and found hotel much cheaper and fully breakfast for all. The only staff was very helpful is Irfandi managed to finalize the payment with my credit card

Cons: Facilties, seems like a run down hotel which badly needs some restoration as the smell inside the hotel floors puts you off. The breafast was served cold....and when we wanted to order a coffee, they did not have Milk in stock...i mean such a big hotel, running out of milk....i dont see many peaople even interesred to go to the restaurant as it was empty most of the time.....wwe had breakfast included in the booking but hardly tried once and never again.
