    Pros: The garden, access to the lake, views were outstanding.
    Cons: Options for lunch and dinner were limited if you did not use the expensive restaurant. The bar menu could have had more choice. We had a road side view which was significantly less good than lake side and this should have been reflected in the price.

    Sadly wouldnt return as we felt like we were a huge inconvenience being there thanks to the waiters and waitresses. The

    Pros: Lovely location right on the lake. Loved the mini beach to swim in lake.
    Cons: Loved the old fashioned rooms but slightly tired now. No kettle for tea and coffee. Towels and robes missing. Safe broken. The staff on reception were super nice and friendly. The staff in the dining room were awful. Ignored us the whole time. We had to ask several times to get a drink. One waitress told my friend to wait when we called her as she was making up a table. She then cleared another table before coming back to us. Was very rude to us all. This happened every morning. The tall man waiter in the cream jacket was very nice but he was the only one. Such a shame. Small details could make everyones experience much nicer.

    Cons: The staff were unfriendly, the room was completely overpriced for the facilities offered. Breakfast was good, however the buffet was not replenished swiftly enough to cope with demand.

    Pros: The location is great and the wellness area a dream. Also the bar is nice . The staff is extremely kind and helpful everywhere from reception, to the pool, fitness area , restaurant , bar .
    Cons: The rooms are really in need for renovation . Is a big discrepancy between the room standards and the rest of what the hotel has to offer .

    Nice view but basic facilities.

    Pros: Great location, view and food.
    Cons: For a 5 star hotel we were expecting a bit more comfort in the room. The spa was very basic, with an indoor pool and sauna. We were getting married in the afternoon the day of our check in, so we kindly asked, a long time in advance, if we could do an early check in but they were very firm on the 3pm rule. So we had to pay an extra night just to arrive 3 hours prior to check in...Definitely over-priced for what it offers.

    Superb

    Pros: Old and romantic hotel at the lakefront. Although the hotel is old it is very clean and well maitained. Staff was extremely helpful and all units functioned well: reception, restaurant, spa It is just 1h drive from Malpensa airport and is certainly super destination for summer brake or any celebration. Looking forward to be there again ;)

    Pros: We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious with a good view from the window, although not on the lake. Incredibly nice staff to help with everything - especially the hotel manager Maria Angela - an amazing woman who took time for each guest, creating an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity of the place, as well as a sense of value for each of the guests. The hotel itself is a pearl of architecture and neoclassical style right on the lake and its own beach. Despite the fact that it is an old historical building, the hotel is in very good condition and with all amenities, including swimming pool, sauna and spa. It has convenient location - close to the city center, but at the same time a little secluded - so not noisy and calm. Amazingly delicious restaurant with rich and varied breakfast with a lake view.
