    Pros: Grand Hotel is very comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is situated near the ancient buildings of Lille and near Lille Europe train station.

    Cons: It's overpriced for what it is. No sound isolation: there was a very loud door to a neighbor's room. The sound of screeching metal door hinges kept waking us up at 2 AM.

    A nice room with street...

    Pros: Great location near to main train station and old town area and a short walk from the Eurail station. I love having hot water in the room to make tea. Locked luggage room was wonderful.
    Cons: It wasn’t a problem for us but perhaps for others… they do have lifts but the you need to take several stairs to reach your room.

    very pleasant thanks a lot

    Pros: it is so close to the city centre. staffs were very nice. so accommodating and flexible. we arrived early and let us park earlier and let us leave our bags safely at the reception. Thank you.
    Cons: we only stayed to sleep so its good enough for us really but maybe toilet/bathroom is a little small.

    So clean and friendly, great...

    Pros: Such a friendly reception, nothing was too much trouble and everyone’s English was excellent. The location was great, very convenient for the train station and in the middle of the city. Leaving our luggage on our day of departure was a real bonus, and the Christmas market was just beautiful. We have already recommended this hotel to family and friends.
    Cons: The only small issue was being able to hear the plumbing in the rooms around us throughout our stay - it didn’t wake us up in the night but was quite noticeable when we were awake…
