Pros: The restaurant was lovely and the restaurant staff but as for the hotel manager, I was not impressed with her attitude and rudeness as I specifically booked a room on bookings.com and I took a screenshot of the type of room which is exactly this blue large deluxe room, only fir the hotel manager to tell me that the type of room I booked , doesnt actually exist as its just a photo and not a hotel room! I was horrified to learn that I booked a room that doesnt exist anywhere and the room that was given to us was just a basic plain room that faced a staff car park!

Perfect location and lovely staff but in need of some touches to get it to level I would recommend-

Pros: Breakfast was good a little disorganised at times but staff v friendly and got us what we needed . Location was great v convenient

Cons: The noise was v bad due to late bar Campari right outside. Didnt seem to be air on in the room and couldnt leave window open due to the music and noise in the bar next door . The bar in the hotel was closed on the Sunday which was really annoying for a 4 star and at the prices we were paying. We stayed for 3 nights and it is not an inexpensive hotel but we got no replacement water or coffee in our room after the first day.

Pros: Everything was fantastic.

Cons: I would have loved to give 10/10. But unfortunately the wifi in the room did not work. Only wifi in the reception area. When I book a hotel I expect two things, a comfortable bed and wifi in the room. Unfortunately you could only supply one of the most important things.
