    Pros: The staff is polite friendly and professional, I arrived very late at night and could sign in easily and smoothly.
    Cons: I was given a room without air conditioning and thin blankets: as a result, I spent the whole night freezing, until the central heating kicked in, around 6am.

    Ok place to stay. Clean but not famcy.

    Pros: Was big and had ample parking.
    Cons: The lights in my room were mostly dead or missing. The restaurant food was less to be desired. Raw pasta (not lidante), but still hard.

    Cons: Given the cost of the room I found it quite dingy. The staff on the other hand were very kind. In walking distance of beach (but no beach view). The pool was nice but not attached to the hotel and there is a fee to enter.

    Pros: Staff is nice
    Cons: Comment based also on price applied. Location, it's far from the city. Mattress not confortable, and asked for double and had 2 twin together (it's not the same). Wifi it's really bad. Photos with swimming pool, but it's not included. Shower towel, it's baby size. Shower it's small. All hotel seems that stopped in time 30yrs ago.

    Disappointing for the price.

    Pros: Location was great for the beach and the train station just a short walk away. Trains are regular into Rome and takes around an hour. Fair is cheap too. But learn a little Italian, not many speak English in Anzio.
    Cons: Hotel has a pool but you get charged for using it. There is a small bar but never manned. You have to ask at reception to be served. Milk and coffee vary rarely got replenished in the room. Lots of large groups of school trips staying too.

    Pros: This place is a jewel, a time capsule from the 70s, even when they were some challenges related to the vintage AC and bath, I got an amazing experience thanks to the efficient staff that was always keen to help. Jacob from reception helped us a lot during our stay.
