A few days' relaxation with friends.

Pros: The hotel was comfortable and close to all the amenities of St Jean de Luz. Free parking was available quite locally. The bathroom was modern and there was plenty of storage space. We appreciated the terrace and the quiet location with no road noise.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very central location but no street noise. The room was very good and a very spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Cons: Everything was lovely with the exception of some very noisy neighbours on Sunday night.

Pros: The location and staff were excellent.

Cons: The beds and bedding were poor and the curtains were not blackout even though we were opposite two street lights that remain on all night.

Pros: The location. we are no longer great walkers but it was easy to get to shops restaurants and bars. parking was easy at Percain.

Cons: only comment is the need for blackout curtains. the shop/street lights were very bright in the room at night.

It's a lovely traditional relaxing hotel with lovely staff.

Pros: The location is great, it is a really friendly small but not too small hotel. Lovely lounge where can spend the afternoon (or any other time) relaxing. Very friendly staff. Great room (with balcony where caan sit out).

A wonderful stay which we hope to repeat

Pros: This is an old-fashioned cozy hotel with a lovely hall (fireplace, billiard table, bar). The location is perfect and there is a parking located just behind - expensive but convenient and a free parking a 10 min walk away. We had a very spacious room with lots of light and a modern bathroom. Breakfast is also worth the price. All staff were friendly and helpful (parking, dinner options etc). We would definitely like to retrun.

Really pleasant and comfortable with a very nice buffet breakfast as well.

Pros: It is a beautiful and charming old building. We had our own terrace which was lovely. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious and clean. Air conditioning was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Everything was just great. A small fridge for water etc would have been a welcome addition as weather was v warm. Just a detail.
