Cons: I think you can dont use plastic for cover all glasses in spa to waste less plastic. Menu in restaurant can be better. It is also strange that sunbeds with a parasol outside are offered at an additional cost. If the weather had been good, this fact would have upset me

Pros: Amazing spa and outdoor pool facility with extra good masseur. Ask for a room with a view of the Aosta valley.

Cons: the staff was really unfriendly. It was as if no one liked working there. It started from check-in and continued the entire trip. I asked where I could charge my car and the lady at reception first looked at me as if I was bum and asked if I even stayed in the hotel - she just saw me coming from the elevators. We saw staff argue all the time and continue doing it when guests approached them. We had diner one evening in the restaurant: same pattern: unfriendly staff and chaos in the service. We had a 3 course menu and after the second course they emptied the table and asked if we wanted desert. We didn't even get our main course. Wine was included, but we got the food but no wine. I had to ask for it at each course. And then we got the bill: 370 while it should have been 170. There was this mysterious "something from the chef" on the bill. We refused and after - yet again some arguing between staff - we got the correct bill. Too bad for a 5 star hotel at those prices.

Pros: very well appointed rooms, bathrooms, restaurants are nice, breakfast too. spa is very detailed, wonderful facilities and very nice.

Cons: This is a large hotel, that means not for everyone. there is a casino too which means certain customer demographics in some of the guests (we found very amusing).

Cons: I booked for a normal double room for one adult and two kids , the receptionist said couldnt add another bed. I had to pay double just for a bigger room and an extra bed, but they actually just gave me the normal double room with an extra bed. It was very cramped. Couldnt walk around at all.

Pros: We really liked the spa, great offerings and friendly staff. Hotel location was also great with good room size.

Cons: Only outside parking is offered with no clearly marked spots. Almost no place to park if you arrive late. The breakfast options are limited for a 5* hotel.
