Pros: The pool, the entreteiment at the pool was a plus.

Cons: Custormer service, the food, most of the employees were not happy helping with my needs. The mainance service did not work. I spent 4 days and my air conditioner did not work, called front desk sevaral times, the issue was never fixed.

Cons: Check in with an hour and 15 minutes. The beer tasted like vinegar. The food was not up to par. Difficult to get to staff did not really know where the hotel was. Three hotels, and one no separation between each hotel was yelled at by staff.

Cons: I didnt like the fact the as soon as we walk in the rooms there was dirty clothes from pass people that stay in there. Thats one the second part was there was dirty glass in the sink they didnt clean the room. We ask for our room to be changed and they refuse. Also the food was not it good whoever is the chef needs to get fire ASAP respectfully and there the rooms have so much muskitos its crazy. Personally dont recommend

Pros: Food excellent, staff at the restaurants very pleasant and very helpful. I was able to request food in accordance of my sister diet and they were able to accommodate to her needs. Shows were ok. good Karaoke and dance classes and pool staff entertainer very good all . good transportation great. Excursion good.

Cons: Room-Very old fashion and room smells funny like a lot of humidity. The bathroom shower was broken. I have a person with disabilities and was a nightmare to provided a shower every day. Bathroom unsafe. Air condition not working properly. Room to hot almost 80-85 degrees inside of the room. Not enough light in the room. We arrived on Wednesday and requested change light bulbs located at entrance of the building and in front of the room and none of the three rooms we were assigned have enough light to be able to enter in safely manner to our building and rooms. We all were using our phones light to enter into the property. They finally changed lights bulbs on Sunday afternoon. The rooms have infestation of Mosquitoes and ants. We requested a changed of room and after 24 hrs. we were transferred to a smaller room with a king bed and a couch but we were 4 people in the room. My grandson had 30 mosquitoes bites from his face, neck, arms and legs and developed fever and itching so bad that could not go out to enjoy the facility during 2 days. The room wasnt have enough outlets in the room had to unplug lamps or other stuff to plug in phones. People complaint for lack of elevator going up and down from the third floor was a hassle The swimming pool area was ok but only 2 pools for the big number of guest visiting. The front desk area should have fans it is extremally hot. I spend almost 2 hours in the line to check in, very confuse at lobby. There wasnt enough outlets in the room had to unplug lamps or other stuff to plug in phones. And no elevator going up and down from the third floor was a hassle ,tissues ran out on day one and was never refilled. TV did not work properly and staff did not showed up to fixed. We were a family of 14 people and all disappointed because we only were aloud to choose 2 restaurants in the 6 days stayed the rest days the only choice was the buffet for lunch and dinner. ):
