Good but could be better for a 5* hotel

Pros: Location was great, free parking near the hotel, good was good, quiet and relaxing, big room with a good view.

Cons: Hotel halls were dirty, baseboards in the room were very dusty, our bed was only made, not once in our 10 day stay they changed the sheets. In the spa the towels are included but you need a hair cap, its a must and they make you pay for it (we were not told by the front desk when we arrived) so that was very annoying.

very enjoyable and relaxing it was a great short break at a great Hotel

Pros: Staff excellent friendly always smiling and welcoming and helpful , loved the spa experience very clean and relaxing

Cons: replenish the tea bags and miniature milk each day as i had to go to reception each day to ask for them

The hotel is beautiful however the reception staff are not what I usually expect from a 5 star hotel . Also the outdoor

Pros: The location, outdoor space and indoor facilities

Cons: A lot of business people in the hotel on laptops and on their phones at breakfast . Also the outdoor pool area was not free from leaves . Would expect a 5 star to be well maintained at all times

5 star hotel (promoted) run like a 2 star hotel

Pros: Room size was good

Cons: 1. They never answered their telephones either prior to stay or during our stay. 2. Under staffed at reception. 3. Very average quality breakfast items 5. Shower fittings are very poor quality. 6. Indoor pool and sauna area has very poor quality construction. 7. Staff don't seem happy working here. Eg. Cleaners etc. 8. We ordered a takeaway breakfast for 7.00am that was not provided!!! 9. We had to ask for our room to. E checked and for our deposit to be returned.

Really relaxing and enjoyable stay in this hotel

Pros: Location was perfect, rooms very nice, spa really good.

Cons: Food was all buffet and not everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. We got a couples package in the spa. The room we were in we were cold during the massage, no hot towels over your body. When lady was finished she just walked out and we didnt know if we were done. Lack of communication.

Pros: The location, size of the room and the food.

Cons: Despite being advertised with social and kids programmes there were none. The pools had sand and other debris. The general state of the room could use with renovation given its a 5 star rated and charged accordingly hotel.

Lovely hotel and facilities, staff on receptions werent very friendly.

Pros: Spa, outside pool are and spacious room.

Cons: The staff at reception werent very friendly, some rude and did not greet us appropriately. When arrived we werent made to feel welcome & didnt tell us about certain facilities and food available in the restaurant.
