Pros: Great to have breakfast every morning, consisted of toast, juice, hot drinks, fruit and lots of sweet pastries.The pool side food during the day was great. Spa and massage area was good and easy to book.

Cons: The pool wasnt clean and was very cold. Maybe having a cover overnight would help keep it warmer and cleaner. The service in the hotels restaurant wasnt great and even though the menu had multiple beverages there were many that they didnt serve or have.

Cons: Pictures didnt match with reality. Old furniture and old carpet floors. Restaurant facilities where old and Carletti wasnt clean at breakfast. Old bathrooms! Compared to other locations that we know in Iguazu, price didnt match the quality at all. Reception was kind but way bellow expectation. Nobody explains anything. Beds and pillow where old and uncomfortable. Disappointed! We paid too much for what we got! We wouldnt recommend nor come back.

Pros: - Breakfast!!!!! Amazing! Sooooooo much fresh fruit, sooooo many pastries, they had almond milk for people who can't have dairy (like me!), toast, etc. - Dinner: You can have dinner at the hotel as the hotel is a bit far from the city (about a 10 min taxi ride or a 30-40 min walk). The menu is okay, prices are reasonable, and the food was quite yummy. - Location: Next to many other hotels. There are a few small shops behind the hotel, where you can get like water, essentials etc. It's also near an animal sanctuary (not to be confused with the one in Brazil) and the House of Bottles (Casa de Botellas, MUST SEE!). The city, falls, airport are all taxi rides away! - Clean: The floor could have done with more hoovering but overall it was okay! A little bit noisy at night as cars can start beeping at like 5am.. I guess some people rush to get to the falls or cross the border, etc. - Staff: Really easy to organise tours. We had someone who drove us to the Argentina falls, picked us up, drove us into the city etc. Very easy to organise, reasonably priced, and very welcoming and friendly. - Facilities: We didn't use them as we stayed in July (Winter) but they have massages, spa, swimming pool etc.

Cons: - Some of the staff in the restaurant could be a bit more friendly and smile.

Pros: The place is nice quite good to go for a vacation is in the middle from the falls of the side in Argentina and the side of Brasil

Pros: The staff and service makes up for the hotel. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade in finishes. I see that it has the potential of being great and I am sure it was in its hay day but now it needs tons of love.

Cons: Finishes need to be upgraded and bathrooms require new shower fixtures

Big old hotel

Pros: Room big and clean with ceiling to floor view of the grounds. Since we paid part by card we got a special foreigners conversion rate which made the hotel a lot cheaper. Bus stop outside the hotel and small shop/taxi stands nearby. Quick laundry service.

Cons: Main pool closed and small pool needing maintenance. Spar had time slots and with only 2 slots in early evening and no slots in morning it was impossible to use. Restaurant lacking atmosphere and evening meal poor with breakfast kind of average. I guess it was cheaper than we thought, but rather would have stayed somewhere that had the quality. Western Union in the town not reliable.

Pros: The breakfast was good, the pool and the room was comfy.

Cons: The AC was old, the carpet on the room as well and in general the hotel shows that has aged.

Not great but probably worth another try.

Pros: The staff were a bit hit and miss, some very friendly others a bit standoffish. On first glance the menu in the dining room was a bit limited but I had the best steak of my trip there, try the Chorizo steak, definitely not Chorizo but absolutely delicious. Be aware though it is a large slab of meat. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel gave a discount for the problems on the first night.

Cons: We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base to visit both sides of the Iguazu National Park so we were hardly in the hotel. On our arrival from Buenos Aires there was no hot water in the rooms and the bin in the bathroom hadnt been emptied from the previous guests. To be fair the front desk had the bin emptied and the hot water was back on in the morning. The main swimming pool was closed for maintenance.

Its a really nice place and not that expensive

Pros: It was nice, you could totally rest quietly and breathe nature. The days I went to the Tourbillon were raining so I stayed mostly at the hotel and it was nice. The staff was super friendly and they were all at your service

Cons: They didnt have room service when I arrived (11pm, understandable) so we couldnt dine. Also, the bath had hydro massage but it didnt look clean, im sure it was but it looked old. Besides that its super nice.
