    Nice hotel. I was looking forward to taking hot baths, the staff worked hard to correct issue.

    Pros: Exceptional staff, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, nice parking, very relaxing. I would absolutely stay again.

    Overall it was below average.

    Pros: Check in was fast. Manager helped me change rooms due to wedding event. Parking available.
    Cons: There was a wedding on Saturday evening and the noise and music vibrated into the night. Rooms are outdated and old. There was no hot water, had to shower with cold water.

    Superb

    Pros: Good breakfast, great pool but too rainy to use it. Staff helpful and friendly. Beautiful grounds and large room. Distance to center is a bit of a walk.
    Cons: They need to have a place to smoke a cigarette. Was told to stand in the parking lot. It was advertised as no smoking in rooms (of course), but grounds are large enough to provide small, comfortable place.

    Pros: Grounds, pool and common areas exceptional. Also has an excellent restaurant.
    Cons: Wifi was a problem. Finally moved me to another room on other side of hotel after 3 days. Both rooms were in need of refurbishing, paint, furniture etc. House keeping did their job, rooms are just very tired . Did not love location, industrial area, however short inexpensive cab ride to town.

    Pros: The location of the property is really close to the Centro. The outside of the property is really beautiful. They offer a good breakfast buffet. Staff was also kind

    Very Good

    Overall, despite it being an older hotel, a good experience.

    Pros: Breakfast buffet was excellent! The grounds are lovely.
    Cons: The jacuzzi in the first room we had didn't work, but staff moved us to another room where it did work. But there are some maintenance issues in this older hotel. Still sweet place.
