Pros: Lovely modern and comfortable decor and spotlessly clean. Provided everything you could need. Situated in busy street with many chain food venues nearby. Complimentary muffins, pastries and coffee was an excellent touch!

Cons: Friday night was very busy on the main road and although the traffic died down, there was still the occasional loud vehicle at the roundabout adjacent to the motel. There are possibly quieter rooms but we were in one of the pet friendly ones.

Cons: Non existent staff. Not good enough ! After travelling 5 hours we arrived at 1.45pm with our 6 year old granddaughter, we went to check in..there was no one on site exect 2 young men jack hammering the dining room floor. Without safety equipment I would just like to add. Anyway, I attempted to use the machine to check in but not being able to see the screen , I'm only 5ft 3in, and the concrete dust was all over the screen. Then I call the telephone number and was transferred to some off site as well, who could do nothing but tell me to press back and then told me there was nothing else she could do, all the time with jackhammering in the background. Not to say the least, that this was a very stressful time. I went and told these young men to stop for a minute so I could concentrate, poor things no ear muffs, no face masks but the boss was coming back soon ( well he didn't show either). The actual room was clean and comfortable and I checked us out ourselves by putting the card,supplied by the machine, in the box out the front of reception

Queanbeyan Golden nugget.

Pros: Lovely room. Large and well fitted out. Easy access to our room with after hours secure access. Location was good. Easy walk to eateries and 5 minute drive to shopping facilities Excellent shower/ bath combo.

Cons: Bathroom a little cramped. Lighting not bright enough

Pros: Very clean & comfortable. Updated bathroom was a very pleasant suprise for a motel! Across the street from fast food restaurants. 5min drive to local pub & grocery shopping

Cons: The stairs to our room. Would of liked to be informed of staircase in case we needed ground floor room access

Pros: This property was clean, well appointed, comfortable and newly refurbished. It was walking distance to shops, restaurants and the leagues club in Queanbeyan so it fulfilled our requirements very well.
