Our stay was too short, we have to come back (many times) to enjoy everything in this oasis.

Pros: Excellent service, incredible staff, lovely room, beautiful garden with superb furniture, great spa and pools, delicious breakfast, good location for trips in all directions, these people know what five star means, fantastic.

It is amazing hotel and i will visit it again !

Pros: Staff and manager are amazing. Excellent view and i like the way the hotel was built. There is pool in the middle with huge fish in. Amazing!

Cons: I just need to mention that upon my arrival i checked in 9:15 and went to the resturant which is last order is 9:30 pm. They did not received us! So i simply went to the manager and he took care of that matter. Thanks for the managerial skills and need to mention that customers come first always. Always normal employees shall remember that!

Beautiful location with a magnificent garden

Pros: The garden and the pool area are beautiful. The garden is in a perfect condition and one can tell with how much love and care it is taken care of. The staff is extremly friendly and helpful.

Cons: The rooms are nothing special. For the price, we were expecting a more luxorious room. Also we were 3 adults staying in one room and the 3rd bed was an old, rather uncomfortable pull-out couch. Overall, there were too many families with young children at the hotel. Therefore it was always noisy with children screaming and running around, specially at the pool area.
