Pros: The staff were all very nice, the housekeeping we saw always said hello, the staff serving breakfast welcoming. The food at breakfast very nice and a nice selection. we found everyone very polite. The decor in room very nice and very clean. The hotel is on a nice quiet street.

Cons: The room felt a little cold in the evenings there was no button to put heating on. The shower took a while to get hot.Bathroom was small.

Pros: The room is spacious enough for 2 big luggage and 2 cabin size.

Cons: No elevator, and if you bring several luggages, you do need help from the hotel. And the shower space is too small

Cons: The Wifi was awful, the price for this hotel was not matched at all. The beds were tiny, the hotel was noisy and can hear everything from all around and traffic outside. For the price I expected a better hotel

Pros: the hotel is close to the center of LONDON and to main transportation. but most of all the service was very kind and freindly, the breakfast is very good and it is clean and designed beautifully. we enjoyed it very much!

Perfect place in West London

Pros: Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. About 10 min walk from Victoria Station. Super to have Oatley oat milk to go with coffee. (It's the best brand). Wonderful toiletry products. Quiet. Excellent wifi. If flights of stairs are challenging for you, be sure to request a room on a lower level. One of us was elderly and the 3 floor climb was a bit much as there is no elevator.

Cons: The pressure in the shower was low, so didn't give the best shower. The continental breakfast was ok but not fantastic, the coffee could have been better compared to other coffee we had in London.

Perfect hotel in good location...

Pros: The style of the hotel and the location. Once you find out the quickest way from Victoria station it is a nice, short and safe walk to the hotel. Continental breakfast was far better than expected (including overnight oats and a good variety of fresh fruits, tea & juice served at the table). Super friendly staff.

Cons: We knew that there would be no lift but where underestimating how strenous it can be to reach the last floor by foot after a long day out in London walking. So would definitely ask for a room at the lower floors next time. The bathroom door was only a sliding door that was not actually completely shutting the bathroom from the rest of the room. We couldn't open the windows which was okay in March with low temperatures but might be more of a problem with higher temperatures.

Great experience, near to big...

Pros: We had a wizard double room and it was amazing. The decoration and overall looks are incredible. The bed could have been a bit wider but it was fine to sleep in. The bathroom is quite small, which leads to amazing sport acts getting in an out again. You ahve to book it with the breakfast included. The pantry has a small buffet, which has great stuff. But the menu is what you want to go for. We tried almost every item and they were outstanding. If you are luck and have an enchanted/wizard room, you will get an additional magic menu, all of the items were extremely taste. I'm going to miss the amazing breakfast and the amazing breakfast tea (I would have taking a whole pack of it home if possible) They also offer a magical afternoon tea and in additon a potion making experience. The afternoon tea itself is amazing, try it. We thought some finger sandwiches and cakes would not be much, but they serve a lot of tasty treats. The poition making itself is quite fun to do. It takes around 10 min to Victoria station and same to Victoria coach station, perfect for hopping on the tube and visiting the city or getting to the HP studio tour. Not just for wizards!

Cons: We had some loud experiences with a trash collection outside the window on the first morning, not good for sleeping. The hot water handle on the faucet sometimes "screeches" like a high pitched sound, turn it and it goes away. Just annoying in the middle of the night. Nothing really bad, though, we still enjoyed it a lot.

Pros: Nice harry potter decoration, excellent breakfast menu and buffet. Comfortable beds

Cons: Very small room, no view. No bathroom, one small toilet and 1 shower corner. Very little privacy in family room for teenagers. Poor/no wifi in rooms downstairs
