    Okay to stay for a...

    Pros: The staff is friendly and the location is perfect for a visit to the Everglades.
    Cons: On saturday evening this site turns into a place where drug trade and prostitution reach max capacity. We could not sleep, dared not be outside our hotel room because of this.

    Pros: The guy on reception was nice on checkin. No one on the desk at any other time.
    Cons: The cleaning staff were obnoxious and very noisy seemed to think the place existed for their sole gratification. Without a doubt the rudest people I’ve met in Florida.

    Pros: Worth the money spent - decent hotel with good facilities for a quick stay.. we were on a long trip to from key west to Tampa and given a break journey here .. the location is the best which is accessible to the highway..
    Cons: No elevator.. only steps .. tough to carry luggage if you were given above ground floor.

    Disappointing

    Disappointing

    Pros: It is hard to find the "likes" when we did not get the room we requested, nor the place we requested (near our family). So if I have to find something positive it was the free parking and the location.
    Cons: The fact that none of our requests were met. We asked to be close together and instead we were on opposite sides of the hotel. We were told we would get a delux room and we did not (even though we paid for one). We were told we would get a 20% discount and NO discount has been applied.
