    Fabulous find in Kensington -...

    Pros: The shower was amazing!
    Cons: The room didn't meet the expectations set by the photos online. It felt small and stuffy, even despite its lovely high ceiling and balcony. But it was clean and quiet and well located - great for a midweek work stay!

    Pros: Location is good
    Cons: First floor room had music from the lobby that we could hear. No beer on Tap. As usual in London no room for your suitcase or to unpack.

    Disappointing Hotel, not restful due...

    Pros: Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, albeit continental was sufficient. Staff were, for the most part, helpful and friendly.
    Cons: Room was small with no 'easy' chair, only an upright at the desk/table and the bed to sit on. Our room was on first floor and music being played in Reception/Dining Room could be clearly heard in the room - particularly bass beat. Contacted Reception to be offered no solution and told that 'the music had to be played'. The music started at 0700 hours on both Saturday and Sunday morning (we were only there for those two nights. It was also £3 for a handful of peanuts at the bar (I know it's London but, c'mon!). Breakfast time was chaotic as dining area was too small for the number of guests staying in the hotel. In summary we had been really looking forward to this stay but it was most definitely NOT a £200+ per night hotel.

    Really nice hotel and great...

    Pros: Fabulous location, really handy for the Albert Hall, Museums and close to the tube. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. Really nice breakfast.

    Hay fever triggering, headache inducing...

    Pros: The location was good.
    Cons: I felt that the staff was rude when checking in. The air freshener/ air fragrance in whole hotel especially the room, was so overwhelming to the point that it ruined the stay. It's pungency went straight up my nose and stuck at the back of my throat. It was not pleasant. It felt like an assault. When I opened the hotel window, the air conditioning outside was so so loud, so I was forced to endure the hay fever triggering, headache inducing overpowering perfume. Not a good stay.

    Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel public spaces were decorated with interesting artwork! A great place to stay
    Cons: Wardrobe was a little difficult to use.

    Pros: Location is ok only few minutes walk to underground station. Staff is friendly and helpful.
    Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable. The room was narrow with a huge (and unnecessary) bathroom. Sound isolation was not OK, so disturbed by the high volumed neighbor

    A lovely relaxing stay in...

    Pros: We both loved absolutely everything about the hotel!! The location is so close to many big attractions, but is almost tucked away. The room was lovely and decorated in such a different way - as was the hotel in its entirety.
    Cons: We loved it all and will definitely return AND spread the word to others.
