    Pros: Room good. Breakfast better than expected. Happy hour good. Environment lovely. Free parking. Location excellent given the proximity to local shops and restaurants.
    Cons: Account handling with too much money taken in advance. Receptionist not at all helpful and became stressed when asked about accounts. Insufficient tables/chairs and poorly designed breakfast area. Light touch room service very poor and did not expect to make the beds 8 days out of 10. Not what I expect when on vacation! Not able to get a drink before 14:00 hours

    Pros: Great location, grounds were exceptional. Our children loved the grassy lawn area and the pool. Outdoor patio with a bar adjacent to the lawn made it easy to relax and watch the kids! Would highly recommend.

    Pros: The location was ideal. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and landscaping were like a desert oasis. The happy hour and breakfast were a nice surprise and high quality (for free food).
    Cons: Our carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The price was a lot for the quality of the room. The sofa bed was a threadbare mattress and the metal bar poked into the back.

    Pros: Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. We were expecting just muffins, juice, coffee but found out that the entire spread was available. Fruits, yogurt, granola, breads, bagels, cereals, eggs, sausage, tortilla shells and all the fixings, pancakes, French toast, bacon, coffee’s……very good and a great surprise Enjoyed he Hot Tub after hiking or running The workout facility was small but functional. Need a bar to hang from for full stretch The grounds were well kept The staff was great
    Cons: Like I said above, the fitness room was small but functional. Having seen other cost options while we were in the Scottsdale area, the Sonesta Suites was a slightly higher price point but within a fair range.

    Pros: Great location! Beautiful courtyard!
    Cons: The floors in the room and bathroom were filthy. The door to the bedroom was getting stuck on the bed frame because the frame was too large for the room. So every time we wanted to open or close that door we had to push really hard to get it to clear the frame.

    Pros: The room was nice. We liked having a full kitchen and two separate rooms. Breakfast was acceptable. We appreciated some gluten free options. Gym was good. Pool was nice and jacuzzi was great!!
    Cons: Bed was too soft. My husband's back hurt from it. I didn't realize there wasn't a full oven. A toaster oven would have been helpful. Breakfast was good but more variety would be nice. Gluten free bread/bagels would be nice.
