Pros: i like the view in my room. staff are very well helpful. location is good.

Cons: i think the building is in due for renovation or maintenance as i walked on the hallway, there's this smell that i can't figure.

Pros: Lady in club lounge was very attentive and friendly. Great location

Cons: On arrival the room was dirty, with dust on the table and surfaces, behind the main door very dirty. Stain on duvet cover. Paint work all scuffed in room. No shower gel in dispenser, shower nozzle holder broken, tap in sink sprayed everywhere. Reported as soon as we arrived that no shower gel,yet it took 5 hours to get a replacement . Overall a dirty, tired room, which was apparently an upgrade!

A pleasant stay with good location at the heart of Chinatown

Pros: A very convenient location with bridge linked to nearby shopping centre and Chinatown MRT station.

Cons: The room was smaller than expected and it could not fit a crib like it was advertised. The crib request should not be on the advertisement in the first place.

Pros: Perfect location!!! Old hotel, which shows but well runned. Staff was super nice! Great wiev in the 15th floor. I could easily visit this hotel again.

Cons: Water temperature was hard to control in the showet, but might be cultural difference. Cleaning every third day.

Booked a room with windows but was checked in on a lower rate room.

Pros: Nothing. Is just convenience and near to chinatown.

Cons: The hotel cheated on me. I booked a room with window and swimming pool view but was given a low floor room with no windows. Worst singaporean hotel i ever stay. Didnt expect to be cheated in such an unprofessional way in Singapore. A country which sets all the rules ensuring comfort and safe holiday for tourist but yet such 4 stars hotel cheating customer in a non professional method.

A good base to explore Singapore

Pros: The location was good as it allowed ease to explore Singapore. We had executive level room with lounge access. The room was a good size. The lounge staff very welcoming (ray and ivy). Super staff. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Check in staff very attentive. Pool access very good after a steamy day exploring Singapore. Close to MRT access.
