Pros: Great room. Super clean and despite others not getting the decor we thought it was fab. Makes a nice change from the chain hotel competition and still feels like a treat.

Excellent hotel for a long weekend in center of Stockholm

Pros: The location is very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a superior room plus, 3 adults, and it was just like the pictures. Very spacious and the 3 bed was as good as the main bed. No sounds from the street. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant seemed very nice (did not eat there) and there was always people there eating or having a drink. Relaxing athmosphere though, not loud music or anything like that. It is higly likely that I would return to this hotel.

Cons: We only got 1 key to our room and you needed a key to get to the upper floors where the rooms where at. So one time when I got to the hotel after my partner I needed to phone him and ask him to com down to the lobby to get me. That was the only downside to the hotel.

Pros: Excellent staff, very helpful. We asked to change the room that they initially gave us so we have a better view of the street and they were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Really good experience.

Pros: The free breakfast was a life saver for the very expensive Scandinavia. The hotel was very secure and the staff friendly. Check in and checkout were easy.

Cons: The hotel is a little outdated and the gym is very outdated. Overall though, the hotel was great and I would book again.

Fantastic !!! One of the best options in central Stockholm

Pros: Privileged location, close to the metro station and the train that takes you to Arlanda's Airport. Wonderful surrounding location full of restaurant and shopping options. Room, although small, was very comfortable, as was the bathroom. The elevator is beautiful and historic.

Cons: Staff is not an example of friendliness, but they work reasonably well. The cost-benefit also leaves something to be desired. But I will definitely return.

Overall a nice hotel with a convenient location and very friendly staff.

Pros: I had to travel a bit for my job and then it is very convenient to be located next to the Central station. The breakfast was nice and a particularly liked to be able to read DI and Svenska Dagbladet while enjoying my breakfast. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Cons: The pillow wasn't comfortable. The facilities are cosy but not luxurious in any way. Bryggargatan is kind of a deserted street in the evening but you can quickly get to Vasagatan.

Superb

Pros: The single room was bigger than expected, beautifully furnished and with a very comfortable single bed. Although only a single room, it had room for a desk, chair and lounge chair, and was perfect for a solo traveller.

Cons: The staff were friendly, but I arrived 40 minutes before check-in (2.40pm), and was told my room wasn't ready, but there was a guaranteed check-in time of 3pm. I waited beside reception, but at 3pm no-one told me my room was ready, so I asked at 3.10pm, they rang house-keeping, and it still wasn't ready (but house-keeping was going to ring when ready). I waited another 15 mins, then asked again, they rang house-keeping again, and by now it was ready. This wasn't a problem, but I felt if I hadn't asked, no-one would have told me room was ready!

Lovely, well-situated hotel provides a comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent location. Lovely older hotel with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Best lighting we have ever seen in a hotel room, also multiple electrical outlets. Breakfast bountiful with various and delicious offerings. Dining room comfortable.

It's a pleasant stay, though due to uncontroable reason we only stayed 2 nights out of 3 we booked.

Pros: Breakfast is very good and we like it a lot! Location is surprisingly good, just across the street of the airport train station! Front dest staff were very friendly, helpful and informative!

Cons: The shower area is a little bit tight!
