Great location but unfortunately not for us when we come to Adelaide again

Pros: Location, staff, housekeeping

Cons: Very very uncomfortable bed for a week, could not stay with you again sadly the bed too small and very uncomfortable. Smelly, dirty lounge chairs and sofa. Atrocious parking cost at $30 per night and is in your building!! Slow lifts. No streaming option on TV.

Excellent value for a self contained unit in the heart of the city.

Pros: For the cost , this is a wonderful property Proximity to everything we wanted to do. The parking located in the basement with a trolley to bring our load of stuff to our room is a bonus . Tour and attraction info , fresh water in reception. Self contained with kitchen ( inc dishwasher) and laundry , tv, comfy bed and sheets, helpful staff who responded to issues very quickly

Cons: Everything a bit dated. Arrived with dryer broken , leaky taps, etc but property very responsive. Needs a good paint job, better utensils / pans ( non stick pan is damaged beyond repair) and basic cooking needs eg oil and salt and pepper. Especially didnt like the multiple single use items while advertising being environmentally friendly

Pros: Great location, in walking distance to everything

Cons: Rooms were dated, couch was dirty like it had never been cleaned. When someone in another room was cooking the smells would would fill our room and the hallways. For the price I expected the rooms to look more modern and to be more clean
