    We had a delightful time at this centrally located historic property with an incredible staff.

    Pros: The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Breakfast brought to our room each morning was delightful.
    Cons: The bus service didnt run even close its schedule, although the hotel property had nothing to do with that.

    It was very secluded and peaceful. The manager was very responsive to our needs.

    Pros: We liked the complimentary breakfast, but the breakfast could have been a bit more substantial and an alternative beverage should be offered for those who dont drink coffee or tea. We appreciated the proximity of the pool.
    Cons: Our order of egg omelette and hash browns was overpriced. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The maid service was sub-standard: She didn't leave spare toilet paper or facial tissue. The bed comforter was clearly worn & should have been replaced. The drapes to the main door did not close completely to provide privacy. We had to place a chair up against them to prevent them from opening. The kitchen area was infested with ants.

    This was BY FAR our favorite trip to Bermuda...AMAZING!!

    Pros: The food and service were amazing!! They made us feel like family and always went above and beyond to help us. Their souffls are an absolute MUST when you go!
    Cons: There really isn't anything we didn't like.

    Marvellous spot to combine business with pleasure

    Pros: Centrally located boutique cottage experience set in tropical gardens with swimming pool. Featuring one of the best Restaurants on the island to cater to your every need.
    Cons: My only suggestion would be the bedding could use a refresh as its a bit dated. The house phone didnt work in my suite.

    Cons: It is somewhat dated in decor, and cleanliness was good just with tile flooring needed to have slippers.

    Great place, with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

    Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant and food is first class. Breakfast consisted of a 4/5 fruits and warm croissants/muffin. Location ideal for being central to island, though not close (walking distance) to any bars and or restaurants. However there is a take-away for fast foods and a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. Ideally you will need transport or get taxis.
    Cons: The hotel and rooms are very nice with all you need but just need a bit of TLC. Having said that generally they were having a lot of painting done and new carpets fitted just before we left.
