    Cons: My nephews from overseas were visiting NZ for the first time. We wanted them to have a great experience including the best stay. We booked a 1 bedroom with 4 Seasons for a week expecting a great stay with a good reasonable sized room. Shocking experience I must say as the room looked very run down beginning with stains on our bed linen, a kitchen cabinet with broken door almost dropped on my feet while opening it, mould around toilet area inside the bathroom, a leaking kettle, a rundown couch, room not at all soundproof when it says while booking on site, a noisy refrigerator, TV was not working in bedroom & last but not the least a wash basin with water swells that takes ages to drain......Not coming back

    Pros: The location is good
    Cons: Property was rundown in the need of plenty of tlc. Pool needed a complete repaint and look nothing like pictures. Welcomed In reception by a guy in a ripped singlet, friendly but dont look professional. He was also living in the room next door. It also looked like others were living in the complex full time.

    Pros: The view. Central location. Probably cheaper than other Queenstown motels but still not worth the money.
    Cons: TV didn't work. Shower pressure very poor. Pool was covered at 3pm when we arrived. No staff, had to go next door for the key and was not told nor shown where the room was. Left a voicemail with staff at approx 7pm re TV not working, they did not reply. Small unit for 3 people, I'm happy we were only 2. Just one tired easy chair. Very slow wifi. Disappointing after a fantastic time on the Milford Track.
