Cons: There was a discrepancy from when I booked. I got charged more and when asked for the breakdown they couldn’t provide it. I’ve tried to message the property with no response.

Cons: Put us in room two feet from back door, awake all night. No blankets for bed. No write up for parking but there was a fee. Took our credit card but made no mention it was for incidentals. Staff made no mention of breakfast, turned out there was one.

Cons: Phone was old and dirty And Didn't work. Clock had the wrong time. And even under renovation room needed small touch ups. The room had a musty, dust and small painting smell Hallway needed vacuuming it looked like wood chips on carpet the whole hallway. I had very noisy neighbors on my bed side wall and upstairs (sounded like heavy marching/running with hard shoes

Good restaurant staff and shuttle...

Pros: The shuttle drivers were great, as was the restaurant staff.

Cons: Our first visit the front desk supervisor encouraged us to take “a nice queen room in this building” rather than the deluxe king we had paid for- “it’s dark and the room is in another building that you should have a car to access”- we were tired from traveling and accepted. When asked if we would be compensated for taking a smaller room she said “no, it’s a higher price anyway, this is a good deal for you”. Turns out the room was small and had no closet space or even a rod to hang clothes - 3 hangers were piled on the entry floor. We wondered what kind of a scam they were playing. On our return to Tucson two weeks later, the same supervisor checked us in for the night and stated “I see you have a king room reserved”. She gave us a map to one of those “faraway” buildings that turned out to be just a minute walk from the reception desk. But once again she put us in a small single queen room with an oversize accessible bathroom and no closet or any facilities to hang up clothing- three hangers were hung on a grab bar in the bathroom. We talked about how it was like living in a bad joke. I checked the Marriot-Sheraton website last night for room availability and prices at Four Points Tucson and found their prices for King rooms were far less than what we paid through Bookings ( like $50) and that they don’t even list the crummy single Queen rooms she stuck us in twice with no price adjustment. We’re never going to that hotel again and you shouldn’t either.

Cons: I booked a king room.The hotel was once again unable to provide the room that I paid for.I was put into a queen room for the same price.The hotel was nice and clean but definitely not 3.5 star.The bathroom was tiny,barely enough room to walk into it.

Cons: Receptionist was unhelpful and seemed burnt out. Our stay was prepaid on Booking but she said it wasn't so we paid with another card. And then the charge on Booking went thru and I'm in the process of disputing the claim. A hassle...

Pros: Nothing to like Room #112 Broken shower cold water Broken toilet Refuse to move us 10 days 1 time house cleaning Finally after 6 days Move to room # 279 Which find out Sink and toilets are broken Can't use it We have to go downstairs to use the public restroom Manager just didn't care and told me If i keep complain she will kick me out from the hotel and basically call me lier...after maintenance guy was in the room and say he can't be fix And they can't move us to other room because 100% occupied I do have pictures to approve all of it At this point I got full charge I am file dispute and talk with lawyers for potential lawsuits against the hotel I feel insulting by the management and thr managers Will not give this hotel more then 0 star Definitely stay away from this hotel Both room was worse ever i been

Pros: this was a 2.5 star hotel, not even a 3 star. old property that has had some superficial work to freshen it up.

Cons: No hot water or functional thermostat in the room. I called the desk at 10:45pm and was told "you will have to wait, there are too many people showering". The next morning I was told it was broken, requested a refund and they refused. Had to move hotels
