Four Points by Sheraton is an upscale hotel brand under the management of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, a unit of Marriott International. The hotel which targets business and leisure travelers mainly operates over 300 hotels in more than 40 locations across six continents, namely, North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. The hotel chain’s latest opening is in Tanzania with Four Points by Sheraton Dar es Salaam, New Africa Hotel. The 174-room hotel opened on June 10, 2019, is the second property of the hotel in the country which was initially the official residence of the last German officer and King of Prussia Kaiser Wilhelm II during the World War I.

Great location for us was...

Pros: Clean n smelled very nice when you were asked in.. rooms were clean!

Cons: Shouldn’t complain about this because it was free… but the free breakfast is as horrible! Eggs were watery.. gravy for the biscuits had burned pieces in it. Sage was ok . The muffins n little danishes were ok. Cereal was also offered and yogurt. Save your time n just go out for breakfast. Plus the bar was not open and the little restaurant was closed

Never get a room there.

Pros: Close to the event I was attending.

Cons: The room was dirty , there was candy wrappers leftover from previous visitors. For being a Marriott -Sheraton was definitely not worth the price and no toothpaste.

Awesome place

Pros: The room was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Bed comfortable. My girlfriend loved the bathroom/shower.

Cons: Only two thibgs that could have been better for me. One is the climate control. The room would get hot then cold constantly. The other is the lighting. The room was several lamps but only one overhead light that didn't reach the far side of the room.

It was wonderful, considering what...

Pros: The breakfast was good, I hope on the next trip the hotel has all repairs done, they also need to make sure the TV'S work up until check out, just a suggestion that all customers can get into the hotel with their room key from any door, I will still stay at the Four Points when we are in town

Great location for the bowling...

Pros: Comfy beds, The elevator was quick. Lots of parking spots.

Cons: The kitchen and pool were closed. My younger son really wanted to swim, as we were there for state bowling meet and it was the only way to get him there. I understand the situation, but it was very disappointing. I know that you are sorry for the inconvience, but that doesn't change the fact that my family was not happy.

It was absolutely amazing

Pros: It was a amazing stay the outside is always clean it’s always somewhere decent to park outside .

Cons: The beds were so comfortable, this is why I actually come to stay to sleep in a better bed than mines .

Wonderful, I will stay stay...

Pros: The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, respectful, helpful, and very professional, I do recommend that water is offered to the guess in their room

Cons: They don't offer free breakfast, it should come with the stay, buffet style

Pleasant

Pros: Courteous and responsive staff and were able to address the issues immediately and rectify. The breakfast spread was wide, Chef was custom making few items for the customers. The staff were able to explain the vegetarian and nonveg options in detail.

Cons: Cleanliness needs to be improved, the towels quality is not up to the mark, there were no towels at the pool...
